RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

As clear and accurate images of my pieces are provided along with material descriptions and dimensions, once a piece is purchased, I am unable to offer refunds, returns, or cancellations on any items, including gift cards.

Sizing is important and I include complete information for each piece. Please be sure to understand the sizing information provided before you finalize your purchase.

If you have any questions prior to a purchase, please reach out to me through the contact form on my home page prior to your purchase. I am happy to answer any questions before you purchase from me, as I want you to be as thrilled with your purchase as I was to create it!

Exchanges or shop credit will be considered on a case by case basis.  If an exchange is allowed, any additional shipping costs will be paid by the customer.  The purchased piece must arrive back to me in perfect condition, just as it was sent to you and must also be sent back to me in its original packaging with tracking and insurance.

Although refunds, returns, or cancellations are not allowed, if you aren’t satisfied with your purchase, please contact me and I will do all that I can to make things right.  You are the reason that I am able to be here and I truly value your support.

Gemstone Descriptions and Properties

I love gemstones and I hope it shows in my creations! In our product descriptions, an overview is provided on that particular stone (or stones), including metaphysical properties and other information such as which chakra(s) a stone speaks to or represents, it's relevant zodiac sign(s), etcetera. All gemstone information is provided for entertainment value only and is not guaranteed by Eshthan Studios. By purchasing these products, you are acknowledging that any and all information beyond sizing information is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
